REGULATIONS
GENERAL TERMS
- WOLTER company offers clients by www.wolter.com.pl electronic cigarettes and all accessories.
- Every price is gross price (VAT included). This price does not include the cost of shipment. Buyer is charged for the cost of shipment which is automatically added to product price after placing an order.
- Seller is not responsible for product damages caused by a carrier (a courier, a post office).
- In matters not regulated by this agreement provisions of the Civil Code shall apply.
- Provisions of these Regulations do not limit consumers’ rights which are available to them under current legal regulations.
PAYMENT
After you have selected your product(s) in the New-Smoke Shop, you can proceed to check-out. We use:
a)prepayment including product price and shipment cost on Seller’s bank account which is given in e-mail message informing about purchase – if you choose a transfer payment,
b)payment including product price and shipment cost handed over to a postman/courier – if you choose cash on delivery.

2. Personal collection:
You can collect items you ordered in the company head office: Ul. Tuwima 8/1, 80-210 Gdańsk. Personal collection from Monday to Friday, from 9a.m. to 5p.m.
WARRANTY
All WOLTER products come with an international warranty of 3 months. Included in the warranty are all fixed parts (e.g. Rechargeable Battery, Atomizer, Charger, Plug). The disposable cartridges are not covered by the warranty. Should you discover any malfunctioning of your items, you can send them to one of our delivery center.
MONEY BACK GUARANTEE
We strive to deliver superior products and customer service, and take great care to ensure that all goods we sell are of the highest quality. Should you however not be satisfied with our product(s), you can simply return the product within 10 days and get a refund of the purchase price (minus the shipping costs).
